2. Products and Pricing

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our fabrics (Lawn, Khaddar, Silk, etc.) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Inventory: Some items may be available in limited quantities. In the event an item is “Sold Out” after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over PKR 15,000 (or as otherwise specified on the website banner, such as the seasonal 10,000 PKR threshold for premium collections).

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery times vary by city but typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Perzo Collection are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • 14-Day Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and unstitched fabric that has been cut or altered cannot be returned.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Perzo Collection and is protected by international copyright laws. “Wear your confidence” is a trademark of Perzo Collection.

7. Prohibited Uses
